Chicken Thigh Marinade

Boneless Chicken Thigh, cubes60g
Whole Egg0.1pcs
Rice Flour3g
KNORR Chicken Seasoning Powder 1kg 1g

Salted Egg Paste

Before Serving

Chilli Padi, sliced0.6g
Curry Leaves0.6g
Evaporated Milk10ml
PLANTA Margarine 2.75kg7.5g
KNORR Chicken Seasoning Powder 1kg 0.3g


Chicken Thigh Marinade

1. Marinate chicken thigh cubes with Chicken Seasoning Powder and egg in a mixing bowl.
2. Chill in chiller for 2hrs before use.

Before Serving

1. Coat chicken cubes with rice flour and deep fry it in wok with hot oil till golden brown.
2. Strain and drain off oil, set aside.
3. Melt margarine in heated wok, add in curry leaves and chilli padi.
4. Add in pre-mix salted egg paste.
5. Stir fry on low flame till mixture is foamy.
6. Add in evaporated milk, chicken powder and sugar.
7. Bring to a simmer stage.
8. Add in crispy chicken cubes and toss well in wok.
9. Transfer creamy salted egg chicken to plate.
10. Ready to serve.
